This strategic plan is the culmination of consultation with our school community. This plan is aligned to the South Australian Catholic Education School Improvement Framework, which features nine key domains for Catholic Schools to shape its improvement around.
We must constantly review our processes and practices to be certain that we are preparing our students for an ever-changing world; one characterised by rapid technological developments, collaborative approaches to teaching and learning in a globally connected community. In executing all of our strategic intentions and through purposeful dialogue connecting the world and faith, we will develop thriving people, capable learners and leaders for the world God desires.
Our strategic goals will guide our directions and allow us to recognise and nurture the gifts of all in the community. It will enable us to enhance our Catholic Identity, develop sound educational programs, maintain a relevant and purposeful curriculum, support student well-being, inform professional development of staff, develop an ecological awareness and ensure that we continue the development of our facilities to maintain contemporary learning environments that match our pedagogical approaches.
Note: the Strategic goals described in years 1-3 under key headings are the focal points for that given year. However, we still maintain key performance indicators (KPI’S) with the remaining six key areas, particularly Catholic Identity and High Quality Teaching & Learning.
