Soccer and Netball Term 2 and 3:

The program for the remainder of the soccer and netball season has now been released and distributed to all players. Please note that these programs do change slightly and if this does occur the school will ensure that an updated program is given to families.

The soccer program can also be found on the NWJSA website via the link below. Any information regarding soccer programs and rules can also be found on this site.

It is also vitally important to arrive at the soccer and netball games on time to allow the respective coaches to organise their teams. If your child is unable to play for various reasons please contact your child's coach with as much notice as possible as they may be able to allow a rostered child off a game instead. I thank you for your ongoing support of soccer and netball at TWCS.

Sporting Schools Netball SA Clinics:

Last week all classes across the school were involved in netball clinics facilitated by Netball SA as part of the grant the school received from the Sporting Schools Program. During these clinics the students have been learning and practicing the fundamental netball skills of passing, shooting, movement, specific game sense and building to playing games. Each class will be involved in another 3 sessions as they begin to move into more netball game based activities. The students have thoroughly enjoyed the first clinic and it could be the start of the journey towards future netball stars.
